We are currently seeking ​a Preventative Maintenance Technician to become an integral part of the Metrix team! We are looking for a hard worker that can complete preventative maintenance duties in our UPS and FedEx buildings. Travel is required for this job and techs are gone for up to two weeks at a time. Responsibilities: Experience in building/industrial maintenance or a related trade. Read and interpret equipment manuals and work orders to perform required maintenance and service. Perform regular preventive maintenance on machines. Diagnose problems, replace and repair parts, test, and make adjustments. Develop and maintain positive working relationships across all levels of the organization. Comply with Safety Regulations and maintain clean and orderly work areas. Qualifications: Previous experience as an automotive technician, mechanic, or other related fields Experience in industrial maintenance, welding, carpentry, and auto mechanics. Strong mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting skills Deadline and detail-oriented Must have a valid drivers license and reliable transportation.
