***PLEASE REPLY VIA EMAIL TO SCHEUDLE A PHONE INTERVIEW** ***If you do not have at least 4+ years of experience as a framer, please do not apply*** About the Company & Current Opportunity - Currently have 220+ houses to build in Farmington, MN. - As it stands, we will probably be in Farmington for 2+ years on one site. - Otherwise, work is primarily in the south metro area: Lakeville, Chaska, Chanhassen, etc. Hours and Location Full-time: Mon-Fri (Overtime available on Saturdays/Sundays if desire, but not required) Normal Hours: 7am-3pm Job sites located throughout the Greater Twin Cities area Pay and Benefits - Framers - Negotiable - based on experience and knowledge - Paid 30 minute lunch Requirements - Minimum of 4 years residential framing experience - 5 years or more preferred - Looking for those who take pride in showing up on time which high standards and work ethic - Strong knowledge of residential wood stud framing - Driver’s License and Reliable transportation - Ability to start working without training - Ability to work as a team player and on own as needed for each job - Equipment - Need framing tools and belt, hardhat, and bright colored safety vest - References - phone number from previous employer(s) Job Duties - Work to complete residential wood framing up to company standards in a timely manner - Wood stud framing for new construction homes - Stick framing and panelized walls - have build around 600 homes and panels are easy fit - Experience with roof sheeting is a plus, but not required
