Course 2: Enfield Apricot: Warm apricot walnut bread with spiced butter
Course 3: Reservoir Rose': Fields of berries salad: mixed greens with raspberries, blackberries, strawberries, and goat cheese with a mixed berry vinaigrette
Course 4: Baystate Blueberry: Lightly breaded (gf) chicken breast wrapped with blueberry Wensleydale cheese and prosciutto topped with fried sage butter over herbed gnocchi
Vegetarian option: Blueberry Wensleydale cheese and sage stuffed portabella mushroom
Course 5: Pioneer Pumpkin: Pumpkin whoopie pie with ginger ice cream
