We're super excited to have you! No experience needed, just show up in comfy and easy to move clothing, sign a waiver before class., and enjoy! This class will be based on Krav Maga principles and techniques. For folks attending, a First Defense waiver will need to be filled out before the class. Class Info Date: June 18th Length: 1.5 hours Cost: FREE Location: First Defense Krav Maga in Herndon, VA Instructor: Ren Demeis-Ortiz, second instructor to be determined Topics: Basic strikes, boundary setting, wrist grab defense, bear hug defense, practice drills that include the techniques covered What to wear: Anything that is comfortable for folks to move around or work out in!
