Onsite Commercial Building Maintenance Manager/Handyman
Seeking an onsite Building Maintenance Manager for a large commercial office building
***Need to have own transportation (truck)
You would be managing and maintaining this building and handling/fixing any issues that arise. You will be the first point of contact for the on property businesses
Must be self motivated and have excellent organizational and problem solving skills.
This will be a M-F position and an possibly a few hours occasionally on a weekend
Duties include/but not limited to:
-Maintaining the building (There is a cleaning company, but if something doesn't look
presentable during business hours, it would be your job to clean it up)
- Occasional Painting
-Fixing plumbing issues (toilets, sinks, etc)
-Fixing minor electrical issues
-Floor/carpet repairs (on occasion)
-Shoveling/Snow blowing walkways in the winter
-Occasional Light landscaping around building (some clean up, pressure washing, fountain
maintenance, patching parking lot holes)
-Keeping track and organizing all keys for all office suites/spaces
-Organizing the office and supply/equipment/tool area
