Seeking a skilled Lead Carpenter to join a well-established residential construction firm working on luxury homes across MetroWest, North Shore, and the Greater Boston region. Position will focus on interior and exterior renovation and restoration, including kitchens and baths, new additions, as well as installing and fitting fine cabinetry and architectural woodworking. Project-based work with fun, small team and great clients. Candidates will have 5-10 years experience in residential construction or trades with a solid understanding of the home building process. Organization, time management and good technical skills are required. A keen eye for detail, strong work ethic and good communication skills are important to our company culture.
