Verigent is looking for entry-level helpers for one of our clients in Charlotte, NC. Job Title: Entry Level Cable Technician/Puller Location: Charlotte, NC (Travel within the Carolinas) Duration: 6+ Months (Contract-to-Hire) Pay Rate: $15/hr starting Job Description: • Will be trained up on the basics of Telecom Cabling such as: 1. Pulling Cat 5/Cat 6 structured cabling 2. Running fiber optic cable 3. Lacing structured cabling 4. Testing and troubleshooting cables • Will travel with a team to various commercial sites throughout the Carolinas: 1. Gone for a week or 2 at a time 2. Will receive a daily food per diem and will be put up in a hotel 3. Will take a company vehicle with the team while traveling Job Requirements: • Reliable Vehicle and valid driver’s license required • Will need to buy basic hand tools/ppe once brought on
