We are looking for a reliable and experienced housekeeper to clean and turnover vacation rental homes (Airbnb). This role is an independent contractor position, part-time. Vacation rental or hotel cleaning experience is a plus! For now, we have one property that you would clean and turnover regularly. This requires approximately 1-5 cleanings per week. Cleaners with flexible schedules will be the best fit for this role. As we get more clients, work and hours will increase. Future work may include cleaning/turnover of multiple vacation rentals, office cleaning, full-service house cleaning, wash and fold laundry service, etc. Responsibilities: - Cleans Airbnb properties to company standards, policies, and procedures - Wash and fold laundry at home site or at a laundromat - Ensure housekeeping supply inventories are maintained - Stock supplies and guest amenities (shampoo, soap, coffee, sugar, etc.) as needed - Ensure outdoor areas are clean and tidy, as needed - Work with little to no supervision and maintain a high level of performance - Report any maintenance issues directly to the manager - Report any guest property that may be left on the premises to the manager - Complete Property Inventory Checklist to check for missing/damaged items - Complete Cleaning Checklist - Inventory Management: Completing Inventory Checklist - Use TurnoverBNB cleaning app for schedule tracking and other operational activities - Communicate any problems, deficiencies, or/and repair needs to manager Qualifications: - Must be able to pass a background check - Have the ability to work quickly without compromising quality - Must have own reliable transportation - House cleaning experience of at least one year - Experience cleaning vacation rentals / hotels preferred - Must have schedule flexibility to clean/turnover a property with less than one day's notice - Must be available to clean on Sundays and holidays as needed - Must be okay with working independently - Have the ability to work quickly without compromising quality - 3 professional references - Speak English - Must have own approved cleaning supplies
