The Fashion Institute of South Florida Presents:Introduction to Pattern Making and SewingOn Saturday, July 9 from 11:00am to 1:00pm. During this 2-hour workshop, you will be introduced to all pattern-making tools and vocabulary, fashion industry terms and definitions. Pattern-making techniques, how to take body measurements & how to place the pattern on fabrics. Our sewing instructor will then give you an introduction to the fashion construction terminology. Machines type, how to thread a sewing machine and different seams finishes. • This is a FREE workshop.
