Where have all the workers gone? I have e a 2 to 3 week job that needs an extra hand to finish and it seems that everyone flakes!?! Cake work 20$an hour cash, 5hour days.... mild labor, no background check just show up ready to work an easy short day.. and it seems everywhere is hiring.. weird.
