Alfred Stieglitz Have you ever had a hair stylist or salon or even a makeup artist ask you to take some images for their business? Or have that actor friend who has asked you to take some character shots and reel for their goals since you take pictures? Join us! During this workshop we will work on creating the best beauty and headshots possible with a deep dive into this art form. From setting, styling, communication, light selections, exposure, posing and getting it right in camera. Sounds easy, done it a thousand times? Well, for the rest of us we will empty our mind and create based on the personality of the subject and what we have to work with to create a body of work that represents the persons beauty and character. Our goal in this workshop is to create 3+ images using some of these classic approaches keeping light falloff (Inverse square law) in mind all while keeping communication with the subject.
