STAFFORD COUNTY, VA — The Stafford County Sheriff's Office is asking for the public's help finding a missing 17-year-old boy. On Monday morning, authorities described Kevin Garcia as a runaway. The sheriff's office said Garcia was last seen on Ramoth Church Road. He was wearing a white shirt, blue jeans, and Jordan sneakers. Authorities said Garcia is 5 feet, 8 inches tall and weighs 180 pounds. He has black hair and brown eyes. The sheriff's office said Garcia is known to visit the Stafford Marketplace area.
