For those not attending the Pittsburgh Vintage Grand Prix, the Simeone Museum will present Ford vs. Ferrari (the 1965 Sports Car Championship) on Saturday July 23rd. Dr. Simeone will present comparisons of the 63 Ferrari 250P, the 64 Shelby Cobra Daytona, and the Ford GT 40 MKII. The museum opens at 10am and Dr. Someone’s presentation starts at 11am. Our club admission is $10 per person if registered and we will have special fenced parking behind the museum. The museum address is 6825 Norwich Drive, Phila., PA 19153. Travel to the museum can be individually or via carpool with other attendees. The cutoff for registration is July 16th. If you have not visited this museum, it is the largest racing sport car museum in the world. Don’t miss this special event !
