Handyman Responsibilities: Perform simple repairs on Light fixtures and ballasts Commercial Painting and sheet rock repair Flooring repair including VCT, LVT, Tile etc Repair and maintain plumbing including clearing stopped toilets and maint of such. Repair of faucets and drains. Cabinet door repair and drawer glides Changing of ceiling tiles and installation of ceiling grid. Assist with the cleaning and remodeling of Retail locations Training provided for motivated individuals Must have valid Drivers license Requirements: Previous experience in a similar role Knowledge of plumbing, painting and electrical Ability to complete a wide array of repair and maintenance tasks with minimal supervision Physical ability to remain standing for the majority of your shift
