Join us for a weekend in the wine country to celebrate and thank the hardworking farmworkers and bring them much needed food & goods. Saturday we will caravan from San Jose to Sonoma, CA to bring donations and distribute. Following the caravan, you can choose to stay and visit the many Latino vintners tasting rooms and receive special awards for Farmworker Caravaners only. On Sunday we've planned a special fundraiser at Honrama Ranch in Sonoma County. You'll be able to enjoy an authentic Ranchero breakfast, live music and visit their show horse stables in a country setting.
