NORTH HAVEN, CT - A North Haven resident is $40,000 richer after purchasing a winning lottery ticket in Waterbury last week, according to the Connecticut Lottery. On December 23, Curt Alfredo, of North Haven purchased a Rubies ticket from the Dada Liquors store in Waterbury and won $40,000.
