Join us Saturday June 11th at Evergy Plaza for our first Saturday Summer Sizzler of the Month at 9 AM for a FREE Community Workout that will incorporate many different aspects of fitness, strength, cardio, and flexibility, will show you why ZA Athletics is Fitness Beyond the Hype! You will participate in a class with an experienced coaches who will coach you through the session and make sure you have all the instruction you need to succeed. The class will include: A general group warm-up that will help work on flexibility and prep your body for the rest of class. The workout that will mix elements of strength and cardio by using your own body weight and the surrounding elements. Finally you finish with a cool-down to help get your heart rate back to normal and to work on some flexibility and recovery.
