Arena Training Center is excited to present this interactive workshop led by Liz Vargas, Mindset & Wellness coach, who will introduce you to mindfulness. You will learn ways to create an everyday morning mindfulness routine, explore meditation techniques to help you relax and choose mindful habits that can be applied anytime you feel overwhelmed or in need of peace. Mindfulness is the ability to stay present and aware of our surroundings. With mindfulness practice, we can gain insight into our own minds and learn how to take charge of our thoughts and feelings, increase patience and reduce stress. What to bring: Journal/Notebook, pen, and an open mind! Liz Vargas is founder of Mindset Evolve Coaching. She helps people learn how to manage their mind and emotions to build up their self-awareness and self-confidence to create better results in their lives.
