But it gets a whole lot easier when we connect it to a deep level of internal motivation, a supportive community, and the proper skills and knowledge to make real change. Join Dr. Pat Ford, Co-Founder of Project Onyx, as he guides us through the ins and outs of DEIB. Over the weekend, Pat and the community will cover a wide range of topics from the dealing down DEIB, implicit bias, intersectionality, and how to have constructive conversations about race and racism. This seminar requires that we all are willing to go through discomfort, knowing that growth is on the other side. That we are ready to have honest and open conversations focusing on the very people that are most affected in our community.
