Come join us for a community family fair filled with fun activities, insight on Adverse Childhood Experiences (ACEs), and healthy coping skills.
The event will focus on bringing awareness and education of Adverse Childhood Experiences (ACEs) through ACEs-related information and resources, coping skills, strength and resilience building, and toxic stress buster activities.
We will be providing brief sessions (approx 20 mins each) of sound bath, pilates, and Tai-Chi*. All FREE of charge! Please register for these sessions if you plan to participate as spaces are limited!
Our onsite partners will also provide resources and information on mitigating the negative impacts of ACEs and developing healthy coping skills. Come check them out to collect stamps and win your FREE Boba drink** and raffle prizes.
We will have guest speakers and raffle prizes on the hour (10a, 11a, 12p, 1p), and brief sessions on the half-hour (10:30a, 11:30a, 12:30p, 1:30p).
