moving furniture and small items 3 - 4 locations all in Marin

Good Morning, I have a multi location moving gig. I do a bit of staging and help people get their homes ready to sell. There are only a few heavy items: 36" exterior door, 3/4 plywood sheets and a heavy purple brand twin mattress. There will be a certain amount of standing around as it's a bit complicated and I'll be making decisions as we go. Two people may not be necessary. But I've got a bad back and really can't help too much. This means I've got to stand around a lot too. Which is hard for me. There will need to be lots of communicating and again, you'll be standing around while I make decisions. If you've got a truck we can probably get more done with my van and your truck. But if you don't have a truck that's fine too. These kind of days happen a few times a month for me. I also end up loading up a lot of construction debris to the dump. I also need help with basic yard cleanup at various locations. My normal guy comes from SF where I also work a lot and he is busy this week. Would be great to have a Marin person too. Essentially this is what the day will look like: START: home in San Rafael (Santa Venetia): move items from one storage shed to another. Some stuff to my very large sprinter van. Plus a twin bed and a few other things to my van. To: Attic storage unit in San Rafael (there are one flight of stairs a bit steep: Some stuff to attic from Van, some from attic to van To: Mobile home in greenbrae: unload stuff from van. Load up other stuff. Possibly one more stop but probably not.
