Are these your missing golf clubs?

Hi All, I was in the Panhandle District around 6:00pm on 05/05/2022 and there was a woman, who appeared to be on drugs, that was walking around with golf clubs trying to sell them. They are in a red-colored Onoff Golf bag (pictures are above). I currently have them and, if they are yours, please reach out to me with make, orientation, what clubs are in the bag, and what driver is with the set, and you can come pick them up. Trying to be a good samaritan and get them back to their rightful owner.
