We are looking to add a new member to our cleaning team! We are a family run AirBnb business in Gig Harbor, WA. We currently have 9 properties and will be up to 10 in the next few months. We are looking to add another member to our cleaning team as we are beginning to stretch ourselves thin. Our properties are very unique and make for a fun work environment. We believe in paying our team members a living wage, and highly value the people we work with. All of our properties average above 80% occupancy (even in the winter months) and we tend to have shorter stays which translates to more work for our cleaners. -The pay ranges from $75/ turn (1-1.5 hrs) to $335/turn (split between 3-4 people depending on the day) -Expect an average of 5-7 "turns" a week between properties which will likely increase shortly. -Work is generally between 11:00am - 4:00pm -Occasional opportunities for additional general labor and cleaning -Looking for someone with an attention to detail and must have reliable transportation to Gig Harbor and Fox Island. -We provide all supplies.
