F-150 misfire/running rough at low rpms

My truck is running real rough. I replaced the plugs and coil packs to morning. I drove it a few miles and some on the highway but it's still running really rough and after I'd parked it for a few minutes smell a lot of fuel. I'm guessing maybe one of these fuel rails is not secured good or something along those lines. I need someone to look at it who's really familiar with these Ford 5.4 engines. Who has the right diagnostic equipment find out exactly which cylinder it's missing on etc. If you reply to the ad please tell me your experience with these trucks. I have to be on the road to Texas in the morning so I need to get this issue resolved today. Going to get a motel room in West Palm Beach and then the truck can cool off for a little while if somebody can come take a look at it who knows what they're doing.
