I’m doing a house rehab in Dingmans Ferry. The type of work varies, so I will likely hire several people with different levels of experiences. Examples of work are: repairs to deck, power wash and stain deck, re-screen porch, help hang kitchen cabinets, replace exterior door, stain interior doors, sand and refinish hardwood floors, replace landscape ties, clean moss from driveway, general yard clean up, general labor, etc. Please respond with a detailed explanation of your experience and your pay requirements. I will pay you as an independent contractor, cash paid daily. Also please include your availability. Are you available full time or part time and when can you start?
