Level 2 mounds and lay sod & sprinkler system repairs

2 jobs but please only bid if you can perform both. Provide separate prices for each job (1 and 2 below). You provide all labor, tools, machines, and materials needed (including top soil and sod). Each job paid in cash upon completion/acceptance. Please briefly summarize any applicable licenses, insurance, and experience. Job 1: Mini excavator likely needed for this one…possibly could do manually but my big axe just bounces off the stumps so would be a beast manually: -Level 7’ x 32’ mound in backyard (pictures 1 and 2) and load all removed dirt, stumps, and roots into back of my truck (mound varies from approximately 1”-9” tall and is full of stumps and roots -Remove small magnolia tree and associated root system -Mini excavator would need to be no wider than 7’1” to fit in my backyard. -Also level 5’ x 19’ mound in front yard (picture 3) and load all removed dirt into back of my truck (mound varies from 1”- 6” and contains virtually no roots) -Spread layer of top soil and lay centipede sod on both areas (7x32 and 5x19) - Result to be level with surrounding yard Job 2: Irrigation -Replace existing sprinkler control box (picture 4) with appropriate new box with timer to control all existing zones. -Relocate 3 sprinkler heads about 6’ from their existing locations (when fence was built I discovered 3 of my sprinkler heads are actually in my neighbor’s backyard so I need to have them moved to my backyard).
