Chief Guest / Speaker detailsMayor or City Official Other detailsLength: 5K (3.1 miles) Volunteers will be at and around the start location to guide walkers. Please bring bottled water, caps and sunscreen. Bottled water will be available as well. We may have a small meet at the start or end of the walk with a chief guest and attendees. Parking instructionsThere is a parking lot on site at the Embarcadero Marina Park South with pay stations ($1.75/hr with 3 hr limit). The parking lot here is less occupied than the ones in the North park by Seaport Village, hence more likelihood of finding parking here. Additional Parking options (as given in the Rady Shell website): The Foley Parking Complex is now available for parking at 501 A Street, between Fifth and Sixth Avenue. (Enter garage from eastbound A Street.) Flat rate: $9 anytime for 8 hours of parking. (Exceeding 8 hours will result in an additional $9 charge.) $10 parking is available at the Union Bank building (operated by ABM Parking) on B Street between 5th Avenue and 6th Avenue on Friday and Saturday nights. (Not available weekdays or Sundays, rates may vary or change on special event evenings.) Enter this garage from southbound 6th Avenue. The garage closes at 12 midnight. The vehicle entrance to the garage closes at 9 pm, however customers may enter the garage up until midnight by accessing the main doors to the building off of B Street. On concert evenings the garage accepts credit or prepaid parking permits for payment only, no cash. Please also check this link for more parking options close to the venue Local Transit There is a Metropolitan Transit System (MTS) trolley stop just a few blocks from the Embarcadero Marina Park South. The Fifth Avenue stop (C Street between Sixth and Fifth) serves both the Blue Line and the Orange Line.
