SUMMER 2022: Chozen Martial Arts Academy is offering this 2-week course for Women's Self Defense. Designed for women and girls ages 13 & up. Open to both Chozen members (free) and the public (paid). Lessons will build as you progress through each week. Please wear comfortable clothing as we will work through physical drills and exercises.
