Hi! I'm Ashley and this will be Namaste Outdoors third year teaming up with Friendship Brewery to bring you craft brews and yoga! This event is suited for all levels and is such a relaxing yet rejuvenating way to start your week. We will spend an hour focusing on breathwork, yoga and grounding to get our week started right, followed by a complimentary craft brew or wine of your choice. This is an event you won't want to miss.
