Join us for an intimate Midday Musical Meditation on Saturday, June 25th at 12pm. Renew your spirit with the celestial sounds of crystal singing bowls, flutes, tongue drums, and the human voice as we embark on a musical journey towards our silent center. We will be gathering in the beautiful Outdoor Sacred Space at St. Stephens in Sebastopol. ✨Please bring water and dress for the weather. We provide a limited number of mats and blankets for your comfort, but we recommend you bring your own. ✨There will be space on the ground to lie down as well as benches for those who prefer to sit. There is also plenty of space to wander, walk the labyrinth, or use the play area!
