Join us for an afternoon of community building, cultivating joy, and expanding our practices of self-love through herbalism, spiritual care, and embracing our shadows. Throughout the interactive workshops and the exercises, we will experience different forms of restoration and create a collaborative toolbox of tips and strategies for navigating challenges in manifesting our visions. Event Highlights:- Learn about Herbalism with free tea + info on plants to work with for healing and growth from three herbalist - Workshop on Shadow Work filled with strategies for navigating the heavier aspects of your self-love journey - Intro to Spiritual Cleansing with examples and demostrations - Interactive sound bath on a steel tongue drum - All-Access Ticket includes a professional garden photoshoot with @muvaearth, a free sea moss juice handmade with love by @theafricanpipeline, and a free spiritual care zine by @rockysrootcare -Ambiance, i.e. the community, the music, the nature, the snacks, and the overall vibe. This event will be hosted by Rocky Douglas (@rockysrootcare), a multimedia artist, spiritual care writer, Ph.D. student, event planner, and herbalist with roots in Houston in collaboration with Muva Earth (@muvaearth), a local, deeply rooted wholistic spiritual mystic, herbalist, photographer, and crystal artist and The African Pipeline (@theafricanpipeline), an herbalist and holistic health practitioner from New Orleans who specializes in all things Seamoss, a wide variety of Organic "Alkaline Herbs," natural body care, and much more.
