Brothers! We invite you to gather in our Sacred Men’s Circle & Gong Meditation on Monday, June 20th from 7:30 PM - 9:30 PM at Aspire Wellness Studio! This idea has been brewing inside of us and is now ready to be shared with our commUNITY. The identity of what a man is has evolved within the last century, as our responsibilities in stereotypical family and professional roles have shifted. Now is the time for us to give sacred support for one another in brotherhood as we embody the new definition of what a man is. All who identity as a man are welcome to join. Our evening includes a series of meditations, energy exercises, moments to exchange support, and concludes with a 20 minute Sun gong bath to integrate the experience.
