We are currently seeking a Groundskeeper to join our team in a large 55+ Mobile Home Community on Sarasota Bay.
Responsibilities:
- Keep all outside areas clear of debris.
- Help with yard waste pick-up weekly
- Minor lawn mowing on small areas
- Weekly spraying for weeds
- Assist Maintenance Supervisor as needed
Qualifications:
- Familiarity with maintenance tools & equipment
- Able to provide job references
- Enjoy working outside
