Due to the climate in the world this has unfortunately become something that is needed to be taught to all ages. We are going to go over primarily the way to handle active shooters but also any active threat in different environments. Recommended ages 5 and up. This is a tough topic but it is important our children know this is a real threat. we will also be covering how to respond to different events when we can't just be worried about our selves. If your kid has a hard time listening and following directions or paying attention for an extended period of time please keep this in mind and consider everyone else wanting to participate in this event. This is an active seminar/workshop, you will be moving, you will be working on these techniques and applying them. This event will be taught by International Krav Maga Federation (IKMF) Graduate Level 4 Rob Mendenhall. Rob has been teaching Krav Maga since 2015, He is also the State director for Indiana. Rob is passionate about topics like these and wants to teach to as man as he can especially to the communities he is familiar with. Rob Graduated from Solanco in 2009, and then joined the Marine Corps. After 3 deployments to Afghanistan and achieving his brown belt in MCMAP, he got out of the Corps and moved to Indiana where he took up boxing. Shortly after he started his career in Krav Maga in the best organization in the world, The IKMF. Rob has traveled all over the country to train and further his education, and went to home of Krav Maga Israel in 2018 to learn from the best instructors in the world. 50% of all ticket sales goes to the SECA center for seeing the importance of this being taught!
