Long lost dog Lokie PS Animal Shelter

About 3.5yrs ago i found a young maybe 8month black male German Shepard pup running down the road. I called to him and he came running. Instant love. He didn't belong to me. He was chipped name was lokie I took him home myself. 7mon later here is this young black German Shepard running down the road. I called to him.... holy shit same dog. He was chipped named lokie and returned home.... 4mon later I was looking for a new dog no shit found same young black male German Shepard dog named Lokie belonged to this bitch of a ladies kid. I got him. Loved life water kids other dogs just a good boy 3 days later he got a little excited and nipped my mom on her butt. She said he had to go. With tears in my eyes I took him to the Palm Springs animal shelter where he coward behind me staring locked into my eyes as the volunteers tried to pull him from me. He wouldn't budge and wouldn't let the eye lock go. They insisted on putting a full face muzzle on him to pull him to the back but no one could do it cause he wouldn't come out from behind me. This was my dog and the only one e he would let put pa muzzle on him was me. So with huge tears in both our eyes I muzzled him pas they pulled with all their might to get him in the back room as he cried still eye locked to mine with the face of complete devastation. The last glimpse I had of him broke me into pieces and a sure full blown broken heart. I cried and cried for my dog. Months later the truth comes out that he never nipped my mom in the butt and I gave away the dog that kept coming back. It's been about 3 years and I still cry and have a broken heart for him. He is probably about 4 now his name is Lokie all black German Shepard and was at the Palm Springs animal shelter. I want my dog back or the whereabouts of where he is and if he is okay. I've been looking for him for years and just need to know if he is okay and if can I have him back please. We crossed paths 3 times and always met back up. I still cry I had to let him go and see the last look on his face as they dragged him away. Anyone know anything please help me.
