Here are the top stories in Sandy Springs today: A man wanted for a recent Atlanta shooting was found with a handgun and arrested in a Sandy Springs restaurant. Tanquevioius Lucan was identified and taken into custody by Sandy Springs Police without incident. The suspect was found with an extended magazine with 29 rounds.
