May 31: Identity theft (first-degree) was reported on Annetta Avenue in Smithtown from March 1 at 4:50 p.m. A fraudulent loan was taken out by someone, police said.May 30: Grand larceny (third-degree) was reported on Deepwells Lane in Head of the Harbor at 1:30 a.m. A 2020 BMW was stolen from a driveway, police said. The BMW was unlocked, and the keyfob was inside it, police said.May 30: Grand larceny (fourth-degree) was reported on Aspen Circle in St. James from May 24 at 8 a.m. An ATV was stolen from an unlocked shed in a back yard, police said.
