Sheds are identical, 6' x 6' x 4'. $250 - split it however you like. Manual says one shed takes two people 2-3 hours to assemble. Second one should be quicker than the first, plus clean up - figure it'll take two people 5 hours total, maybe less. If five hours, split evenly, the $250 in cash is $25/hr per person. Big driveway to work in. Any day or time (8AM-8PM) that works for you, but must be completed all in one day. Best if you have your own tools and a smartphone to access assembly manual. $250 cash paid upon satisfactory inspection of both completely assembled sheds.
