Looking for instruction on operating Mercury outboard—maybe mechanic?

Hi there. We just purchased a used Mercury 9.9hp outboard engine for our inflatable dinghy. We’re looking for a little instruction on how to operate it. We’ve boated for many years using inboard engines, but we’ve never operated an outboard. We’re looking for someone, maybe a Mercury outboard mechanic, to meet us and give us 2-3 hours of time. We would like to change the oil and gear lube (if possible) before starting, as the engine has sat unused for a long time. Then we want to put it on the dinghy, cruise around a bit, etc. Mornings preferable; we will meet on Lake Austin in the Steiner Ranch area.
