Apply Today! $20.00/hr- Plus Overtime pay $30.00/hr Mon-Fri-6am to 4pm plus LOTS OF OVERTIME AVAILABLE Are you a dependable and personable individual who is looking for a rewarding career with an established company? Join the team of a leading specialty distributor of drywall, ceiling tiles, steel framing and other building materials used by commercial and residential contractors! In this position you will work with a team to unload and place building materials at construction site locations including sheetrock, steel framing material, ceiling tiles and other building materials. Duties and Responsibilities for General Laborer-Building Materials: Accurately distribute and place all specified building materials as indicated on the order ticket - this includes large wall boards, drywall sheets, bags of concrete and drywall mudding material Examines and records all material transported to and/or from the delivery site Verifies and records the quantity and type of building materials being handled Deliver product neatly and appearing as orderly and presentable as possible Cleaning up debris created by the delivery process and properly disposing Operate forklift handling heavy and awkward loads (will train & certify onsite) Skills and Qualifications for General Laborer-Building Materials: Ability to load materials at warehouse location and unload at customer site location Ability lift, carry heavy material using stairways, elevators and boom operations Ability to stand, climb, reach, bend, and twist throughout complete shift Ability to consistently team lift and team carry up to 115 lbs and individually lift up to 50-60 lbs Okay with heights-Preferred but not required Must be reliable and able to be on time for all scheduled shifts Details for General Laborer-Building Materials: Temp-Permanent position after 90 days Monday-Friday from 6am - 4pm (schedule may vary slightly on occasion) Lots of OVERTIME available weekly-OT pay $30/hr $20/hr
