We are a Property Management firm specializing in Homeowners' Associations, Residential and Commercial in San Diego, CA in search of a Maintenance/Janitorial worker. Position would require travel to different properties within a 20 mile radius of Zip Code 92131 Person needed who knows: -Power washing -Drywall -Painting -Patching & Texturing walls -Stucco repair -Caulking interior and exterior -Installation of laminate flooring -Door installation -Change out interior and exterior buildings lights/fixtures We are looking for well experienced people Pay rate would be up to $27 DOE If interested email your resume
