MAINTENANCE & SECURITY ASSISTANT I GENERAL MAINTENANCE: • Maintain cleanliness and appearance of facilities (in particular, clubhouse) • Maintain operability of equipment • Repair landscape hardware and equipment • Operate common area equipment and vehicles as required • Assist in installation and removal of weir boards • Purchase janitorial and maintenance supplies as needed • Provide supervision in absence of Supervisor • Must be able to lift 50 LBS GENERAL SECURITY: • Open and secure common areas when work shift requires • Enforce rules and regulations for use of facilities • Insure exclusive use compliance for private events • Adjust work time to cover events as required • Be flexible on work schedules as required • Enforce members’ only use of facilities (evict trespassers and poachers) • Monitor use of facilities with respect to safety and damage prevention • Liaise with Sheriff’s Department • Provide security for private events as needed • Provide cleaning service for private events as needed • Certify members in operation and safe use of fitness equipment
