Flexible hours. We provide positive support to ensure healthy, happy employees with stable hours that match their availability. JOBS ASSIGNED ARE USUALLY WITHIN A 15-MILE RADIUS OF EMPLOYEES HOME IF THEY LIVE WITHIN OUR TERRITORY. About the job: Our total territory includes Fallbrook, Bonsall, Vista, Oceanside, Carlsbad, San Marcos, and Escondido. Be available weekdays for a stable schedule of around 25 hours per week. Nothing is scheduled before 8 a.m. or after 4 p.m. NO WEEKENDS OR EVENINGS REQUIRED. Work at North County's #1 housecleaning company (see www.homelifehousekeeping.com). Pleasant work environment and housekeeping associates, some of whom have been employed by HomeLife for more than 15 years. Jobs are done either singly or in teams. After paid training, standard compensation of $17-$18.50 per hour + tips + regular pay increases. Requirements: You need a phone, car, references, basic English. Be physically able to perform standard house cleaning tasks without problems. Positive attitude and reliability are a must. Drug-free, background check, driver's license. Benefits: Sick pay of 8+ days per year -- with sick-pay bonuses when sick days not used. Vacancy Bonus of an additional $1 per hour for vacancy cleaning. Weekend Bonus of an additional $1 per hour for (optional) weekend cleaning (weekend cleaning not required).
