Your Contributions to the Team: This entry-level position is a great starting point in our Warehouse at GloryBee! We are seeking a "new-bee" to join our awesome team; as a Warehouse Shipping Specialist, you will be responsible for picking orders, packing them appropriately, and helping load orders onto distribution trucks for delivery. In addition, the Shipping Specialist will help check products into the facilities, restocks shelves, provides assistance with inventory control, and performs general warehouse sanitation. The work site for this role is at our GloryBee Distribution Center, located off of Highway 99 and Airport Road, in Eugene, Oregon. This is a full time, hourly position, working day shift Monday through Friday. Job duties may include: Picks items for distribution using a pick-ticket system, with a high level of accuracy and efficiency Palletizes orders according to distribution routes Places parcel shipments on appropriate stations and packages orders accordingly Shrink-wraps orders onto pallets and identifies them correctly Accurately completes all paperwork, including the pick sheets Loads GloryBee and 3rd party trucks with routes, Less than Truckloads (LTLs), Full Truckloads (FTLs), and CPUs Understands and follows all Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), Work Instructions (WI) and Policies pertaining to Warehouse Communicates with Shipping Lead or Supervisor on inventory discrepancies Maintains a clean warehouse and work area What We Are Looking For: High School diploma or equivalent Ability to be trained and take direction on general warehouse equipment and tasks Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
