Reliable Assistant Gardener wanted to support all routine garden maintenance and upkeep on large property with ornamental garden, natives, fruit trees and organic vegetable garden. In addition to gardening responsibilities additional tasks will be to clean and care for exterior areas of property. A keen eye for detail and physical stamina are valued greatly in this job. Full Time – Monday through Friday, 7:00am to 3:30pm Paid Vacation and Sick Time, Health Insurance Responsibilities • Perform routine landscaping tasks on the grounds • Weeding, irrigation repair • Composting, planting • Seasonal chores • Small garden building projects • Specific, routine cleaning; sweeping, dusting, washing solar panels and skylights • Identify and report the need for repairs Requirements: • Proven experience as gardener • Reliable car for transportation to and from work • Knowledge of gardening tools and maintenance tools • Ability to lift and carry items up to 50 lbs. • English speaker required • Background check required • References for similar positions required • Good communication skills • Well-organized and adept in problem-solving • Attention to detail Must provide proof of vaccination Must provide documentation of legal authorization to work in the United States
