What's going on? Been getting the itch real bad. I played professionally/full-time out on the east coast for a few years before moving out here to San Diego. While out there I toured, did studio sessions, and taught lessons in pretty much every genre of music you could think of. My passion is old-school funk music, for sure, but I also dig a huge array of different music and sounds. I've done everything from straight-ahead jazz gigs to country music to live electronica to metal to disco... You name it. I've got high level pro-caliber gear and chops to do anything from flashy slap stuff to just being supportive, groove-oriented, and laying the foundation for the band. Would love to find a funk/R&B/soul band but am down for other options too. We can funk, we can rock... Whatever it is, let's just make some great music!
