I recently bought a gift card at the King Soopers at 2712 11th Avenue in Greeley. When I tried to use the card, it was declined. I went back to the King Soopers and a terrific employee named April did everything she could to help me solve the problem. It took some time and effort on her part, but her efforts were successful. Another lady at King Soopers called today and said they would give me a new gift card to replace the defective one, and they did. Thank you so much! This is how customer service should be, and this is why I've shopped at this King Soopers for many years and will continue to do so. Thank you!
