Property Management company serving Salem, Keizer and surrounding communities since 1990 is looking for Property Maintenance Technician to join their close knit team. $20.00 + per hour! Mileage reimbursement, monthly cell phone and tool allotment, 401K match, medical benefits and a great PTO plan! Duties and Responsibilities for Property Maintenance Technician: Perform plumbing, electrical, carpentry, sheet rock repair, painting, and general maintenance tasks. Property maintenance and repairs for existing tenants as well as handling repairs upon move out Keep detailed daily records. Safely operate work vehicle to and from job sites, while complying with all laws and regulations. Operate smart phone, including but not limited to, call, text, email, media, and GPS. Customer service interactions with tenants and property owners Skills and Qualifications for Property Maintenance Technician: Must have valid drivers license and a reliable vehicle to drive between properties throughout the work day - mileage reimbursed at.50 per mile Have own basic hand tools and cell phone - all larger tools provided by the company Basic math skills (add, subtract, multiply & divide) At least 1 year of experience in this line of work (construction, handyman ect) Job Details for Property Maintenance Technician: Temp-Hire Regular Shift: Mon-Fri 8:30am-5:30pm $20.00/hr + DOE
