Private 200 square ft art studio, office, or workspace with 12' ceiling, and windows. Second-floor walk-up, WiFi, reading/eating area, kitchen, bathroom. 3 blocks from L train. $800/month Available June 15 The studio is amenable to: artists who use non-toxic and dust-free materials writers designers photographers someone who needs an office Communicative and respectful personality traits are a must. The studio is in my loft. I have the studio adjacent to it and I will be renting out the third studio sometime in July. There is a working kitchen and full-size refrigerator. You are welcome to use the kitchen to prepare a quick meal (not for extensive or elaborate cooking). I have a chemical sensitivity to synthetic scents such as colognes, perfumes, scented candles, and commercial cleaning products. Please do not bring these into the studio. The loft is up one flight of stairs. There is a freight elevator but the building is not ADA compliant. I am a painter and work with acrylics and oil paint. I am in and out of the studio at various times but typically there during nights and weekends. I am generally like to have a quiet and peaceful workspace and looking for someone who likes the same. The loft used to be my home so it has my books and a number of personal objects that I care about in it. I'm happy share what's in the space but it's also not a free for all. The rental agreement is for 6 months with the possibility to extend to a year or more. 1-month security deposit Internet and electric bills are shared
