Quiet middle aged couple with small 15 pound potty trained corgi terrier dog seeking a small 1 bedroom house or apartment or unit in or around Eugene and surrounding areas. We currently reside in Southern Oregon, in the town of Ashland. We've been here nearly 12 years and we have excellent references and have never paid rent late one day in 12 years solid. We hope somebody will see this and take a chance because we would love the opportunity to get closer to our daughter who resides in Southeast Portland.
